Agency audits are set up to help our client establish exactly what kind of job its agencies are doing and whether they are delivering on brief.

The framework will be agreed with each client, but typically it will involve assessing client satisfaction levels across multiple contact points, looking at the agency/client communication process, reviewing pricing policy, assessing recent activity in terms of creativity, quality and return on investment.

Agency audits will also enable the agency to give qualitative feedback on the client/agency relationship and to suggest any areas that can be improved.
